International Shipping Policy
- The chart above shows the shipping cost of a single item at a time. The customer will be responsible for customs and tax charges.
- We do not ship to countries where our agency office is based, including Japan, China, Vietnam, The Philippines, and Saudi Arabia.
- Please note that oeanrich.tw does not accept oversea returns for any reason other than the defected product or a mis-shipment. In case of any damage incurred in transit, oceanrich.tw will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please notify us within 24 hours after receiving damaged goods for support. A return order form will be sent to you via email, which you should able to return within 24-48 hours after receipt. If the return order time is exceeded, your form will be expired.
- Please well-noted that oceanrich.tw does not accept returns due to the buyer's regrets.
- While in-stock items ship out within 1-3 working days of the order being placed, if you would like to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours from the time your order was placed and you will receive a full refund. Please be advised that it is impossible for oceanrich.tw to cancel your order for any reason after shipped out.
- Warranty policy only applies in Taiwan region.
