1. According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to a 7-day cooling-off period for goods upon delivery (including weekends and holidays). The 7-day cooling-off period is considered a "consideration period" rather than a "trial period." To calculate the 7-day cooling-off period, for example, if the item is received on May 12th, the period would be from May 12th to May 18th.
2. Please be reminded that if you request a return and refund during the cooling-off period, the returned items must maintain the integrity of all products, gifts, accessories, packaging, accompanying documents, or information. If there is a physical invoice, it must be returned along with the item. Failure to comply may result in Oceanrich's refusal of your return and refund request.
3. If you receive the ordered items and wish to exchange any of them, please return all the items from this order within the 7-day cooling-off period and place a new order for the desired item(s). It is not possible to directly exchange items using the original order.
