Return Policy


1. According to the regulations of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to a 7-day inspection period for goods upon delivery (including holidays). The 7-day inspection period is considered a "consideration period" rather than a "trial period." The calculation for the 7-day inspection period is as follows: For example, if the item is received on May 12th, the inspection period will be from May 12th to May 18th.

2. Please be reminded that if you request a return and refund during the inspection period, the returned items must maintain the integrity of all goods, gifts, accessories, packaging, accompanying documents, or materials. If there is a physical invoice, it must be returned along with the items. Otherwise, OCEANRICH reserves the right to reject your return and refund request.

3. If you wish to exchange any of the items in your order after receiving the purchased goods, please return all the items from the original order within the 7-day inspection period. Subsequently, place a new order for the desired replacement item. Unfortunately, direct exchange using the original order is not possible.
